Description:

Cyber School, Inc. is the staffing firm for Uplift, Inc.

• Answering phones and detailing problem
• Establishing and maintaining positive rapport with a network of customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to and resolving escalated customer issues.
• May perform technical support

Duties:

• Good phone etiquette skills
• Professional voice and dictation
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Ability to work with difficult customers on the phone

Qualifications:

• Have a valid Social Security number.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Be United States citizen or legal resident.
• Have access to a dedicated computer that meets client specifications.
• Pass a typing test.
• Pass a clerical test.
• High school education - GED or high school diploma
