| Duties: | | Be a driving force behind our phenomenal growth! We are seeking a *National Sales Manager* to recruit, train and motivate an outside sales force of independent agents. We are seeking those motivated to grow the North American Bancard brand name nationwide and who are passionate about sales and financial growth--both for the company and themselves. | Qualifications: | Requirements
Qualified candidates possess the following:
* Experience in sales-- proven ability to drive the sales process forward in an aggressive environment
* Ability to work cold leads, as well as develop new sources for new talent
* Effective communicator with strong negotiation and diplomatic skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Ideal candidates are driven by the desire to succeed and grow financially
This is a w-2 position offering full benefits working at our beautiful new headquarters in Troy, MI.* 1st year income potential-up to $70,000; 2nd year income potential $90,000+!!
