DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR JOB DUTIES
The Juvenile Justice Supervisor administers and manages the Juvenile Justice Services contracts. Job duties include, but are not limited to: review and edit vendor scopes of service and budget of Juvenile Service contracts; provide technical assistance to Juvenile Services' vendors; assist in the development of RFPs and contracts; monitor vendor's budgeted expenditures and process monthly billings and invoices; coordinate contract signings and orientations; complete fiscal reviews in conjunction with M&B on each assigned vendor; compile data pertaining to contracts for the Division Deputy Director as needed, and evaluate and monitor services delivered by the providers.
NOTE: A Master's Degree in one of the above fields may be substituted for one (1) year experience.
Candidates must pass a criminal background check and obtain a security clearance from the Wayne County Sheriff's office. In order to be considered for employment, candidates must also obtain Department of Health and Human Services Central Registry Clearance.
