The Youth Services Contract Manager will assist in the development and implementation of the Youth Services Division's contracts and programs.This manager's rolewill be responsible for providing direct supervision of employees, oversight of audits, investigation and evaluation of the Division's provider staffs to monitor the Juvenile Assessment Center and other contractual programs. Some major duties include: reviewing and editing vendor scope of service and budget of contracts; reconciling and processing monthly expenditure reports; providing technical assistance to program and contract providers; and assist in the development of contracts. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

Candidates must pass a criminal background check and obtain a security clearance from the Wayne County Sheriff's Office. In order to be considered for employment, candidates must also obtain Central Registry Clearance from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
