Quality check documents grammar and spelling.
Manage equipment check out for employees.
Need to be fluent in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
Handle mark ups and prepare document for managers.
Handle weekly manpower updates coordination and compiling data into company format.
Order supplies as requested.
Schedule meeting and meeting rooms as requested. Order lunches for meetings as requested.
Work on company specific software if needed to support internal functions. (Will be training for this)
Other tasks as needed.
2 years minimum experience

AutoCAD Light use (Bonus)
