  • Understand embedded software architecture for automotive or similar electronic control modules.
  • Experience working with vehicle electrical systems, CAN communications and architectures.
  • Experience working with and testing automotive CAN and LIN buses for FCA or GM

  • Working knowledge of software development tools (debugger's, emulators, compilers, etc).
  • Engineer will be responsible for performing component level EE validation testing per DVP&R, generating reports, and documenting /tracking issues
  • Validate Diagnostics and Network Management on System Benches
  • Good understanding of microprocessor based electronics and electronic circuits
  • Extensive knowledge of CAN Diagnostic Tools and Simulation Equipment.
  • Comfortable working with low level interfaces (GPIO, UART, I2C, SPI)
  • Experience creating and implementing test sequences to validate electronic control modules.
  • Experience working with Vector CANoe/CANalyzer and ICS VehicleSPY. Includes creating measurement/simulation setups, implementing for FCA or GM
  • Create nodes for simulating the entire vehicle bus, writing CAPL scripts, and implementing test sequences.
  • Analyze customer and internal requirements and specifications and translates these into software designs.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis
  • Support OEM development stage events based on product development timing
  • Support electrical product design and development and OEM automotive subsystems.
  • Act as Liaison Electrical Engineer and coordinate with MOBIS HQ and OEM for concept design thru final design requirements, including all design review / changes and feasibility reviews.
  • Control and support mechanical engineering data/documents delivery between OEM and MOBIS HQ.
  • Work on site at MNA and also frequently offsite at OEM facilities.
  • Customer technical requirement capture in infotainment system
  • Prior experience in creating RFI and RFQ in infotainment system


  • About 5+ years of experience in Electrical/Electronic product design or working in the automotive industry.
  • Working knowledge of engineering concepts and principles.
  • Excellent communication skill in terms of collaborating with R&D, marketing, manufacturing, domestic and third party suppliers and customers.
  • Excellent ability to identify and drive resolution to engineering problems
  • Engineering Degree B.S. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred.



  • Previous automotive engineering experience at Tier 1 Supplier.
  • Design level Mechanical engineering experience with Major OEMs.
  • International joint work experience.
