Fori Automation focuses on delivering cost-effective highly engineered products and systems that can be designed and manufactured globally with localized sales, project management, and service.

Basic Function: The Account Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of a strategic plan to increase sales of Fori Automation testing and assembly systems within specified North American OEM's.     Position includes new account development as well as existing account maintenance.   Account Manager will be responsible for entire sales cycle including; prospecting new opportunities, the scope of supply definition, receipt of a request for quotes, support quote generation, development of technical proposal and presentation to the customer, commercial negotiation and contract review upon receipt of purchase order.  After receipt of purchase order, Account Manager will be responsible for executing the kick off of job internally at Fori, attending critical internal and customer meetings, and supporting change management until the project is closed.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Fori Automation is seeking an experienced Account Manager with OEM sales experience.
  • Engineering Degree and /or minimum of 10 years' experience within the automotive automation, assembly processes, end of line testing, and/or material handling systems.
  • Technical Sales experience in Automation Systems
  • Strong negotiations skills for selling complete systems that range from $500k - $20M
  • Sales support of specified accounts of North America through coordination of Fori Global.
  • Work closely with engineering and project management to ensure proper PO receipt.
  • Estimating and costing experience preferred.
