A high school diploma/GED AND
At least four years of full-time paid clerical experience performing complex duties, including auditing records, prioritizing work , reviewing efficiency of processes, making recommendations and utilizing MicroSoft Office; OR
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and at least one year of experience performing complex duties, including auditing records, prioritizing work , reviewing efficiency of processes, making recommendations and utilizing MicroSoft Office;.
*A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is preferred.
Under the direction of the Assistant Division Director of Juvenile Services, the Department Supervisor (Juvenile Services) is responsible for the following: reviews and distributes delinquency court orders to Juvenile Justice staff, assesses contractor's fulfillment of defined scope of contractual services and compliance with policies and procedures; utilizes JAIS to collect performance and outcome data on prevention grants providers and assembles data to be entered for grants; assists in development of annual performance objectives and outcomes for prevention services providers and assists in the development and utilization of methods of program reviews and ongoing monitoring. The Department Supervisor (Juvenile Service) also receives, sorts and distributes mail to staff; reviews, reconciles and processes monthly invoices from contractors; prepares, edits and distributes written communication to staff and contractors; conducts annual program audits; maintains files and orders supplies and performs related duties.
