Finance Manager is responsible for the completion of and monitoring compliance with the Wayne County Treasurer's annual budget. Other responsibilities include processing payables, year end accruals, and assisting the purchasing manager with record keeping and budget monitoring as it relates to purchasing. This position reports to the Deputy Treasurer-Finance, as well as the Wayne County Treasurer and the Chief Deputy Wayne County Treasurer.


  • A Bachelor's Degree is Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field; AND
  • Three (3) years of full-time paid professional accounting /finance experience performing accounting, financial analysis and/or budgeting.
