DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR JOB DUTIES
Under the direction of the Engineer 5, the Land Surveyor Engineer reviews subdivision plats for compliance with local ordinances and State of Michigan statutes. The Land Surveyor Engineer reviews condominium Master Deeds and Exhibit B Plans for compliance with State of Michigan statutes and maintains physical and digital filing systems of all pertinent surveying records of the Plat Engineering Division.
