• Build and manage software delivery, systems integration, and developer support tools.
• Administer and support Virtual Infrastructure resources in Azure cloud environment.
• Partner with product engineering teams on designing scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and monitor production processes, web servers and Load balancers.
• Administer, manage and support, code repositories on Azure DevOps.
• Evaluate and recommend tools for automation of Cloud infrastructure.
• Evaluate and conduct capacity planning and performance monitoring of infrastructure and application services to ensure system uptime and availability per SLA.
• Work with enterprise IT teams to ensure all production systems are monitored, updated and backed up.
• Maintain and deploy production software to servers, resolve production issues and participate in RCA sessions.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
• Basic understanding of serverless computing.
• Basic understanding on SQL Server databases.
• Knowledge of development tools on Microsoft stack: OS, .NET, IIS, MSMQ, SQL Server
• Knowledge of security scanning tools, encryption.
