Lead collaborative cross-functional teams including product development, supply, forecasting, pricing, marketing, customer service, logistics and finance.
Work with customer to ensure strong marketing plan and determine promotional opportunities.
Maintain a high sense of urgency in response to issues/concerns that arise with customer while clearly defining and addressing the issue internally
Develop operational efficiencies providing best-in-class support while improving profitability.
Develop strong customer relationships at every level, from leadership to regional warehouse team.
Strong understanding of analytics and apply as needed to increase sales.
Manage expense budget without sacrificing service to customer but engage the customer to collaborative to complete in a timely manner.
Requirements:
National Accounts experience
Deep analytical knowledge with respect to operations and strategy
Merchandising/category experience
Polished presentation skills
Tire background STRONGLY preferred
Club experience
Big box background (Walmart, Sams, Costco, etc)
Understanding of retail operations/structures
