Education:

Bachelor's degree in an academic field directly related and essential to this job Business, Accounting, or Finance degree preferred.

Experience:

4 plus years of progressive experience in financial accounting, internal controls audit, or comparable experience or advanced degree, professional certification with 2 plus years of progressive experience preferred. Public accounting experience a plus. Project Management experience a plus. Experience working with auditors is a plus. Experience working with IT General Controls is a plus.

Computer Skills:

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office tools e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Power BI etc. Knowledge of SAP and Tyson legacy systems is a plus.

Special Skills:

Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor preferred.
