Job Description:
Coordinate local business development efforts, including national initiatives/programs that stem from the firm's practice groups, industry teams, and firmwide marketing and business development
Create and measure the effectiveness of marketing and social media campaigns, in collaboration with the firmwide marketing team
Meet with Regional Managing Partners (RMPs) on a regular basis, collaborate to drive business development and marketing needs of individual offices, and track/report progress
Coordinate client and prospective pitch materials; collaborate with the proposal team to drive RFP responses
Coordinate administrative tasks including processing invoices and managing vendor contracts and relationships
Meet with RMPs and practice group chairs on a regular basis, collaborate to drive business development and marketing needs of the practices, and track/report progress
Work with RMPs and practice group chairs to develop and track annual business plans and budgets, and ensure goals and objectives are met throughout the year
Collaborating with local marketing and BD support, assist with the coordination of practice group events, sponsorships, advertisements and speaking engagements.
Skills Required:
Business development acumen - business planning, research, pitches/RFPs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional client service attitude and demeanor
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Adept in marketing technologies, including CRM tools
Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
Law firm experience
