Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: 3-5 years combined in both food processing experience and or educational experience required; preferred 2-5 years of management experience and or management of food safety and quality programs.
Computer Skills: Generating spreadsheets and develop templates for use by plant management and corporate FSQA sales and operations. SAP experience preferred.
Special Skills: Experience with USDA FSIS and or FDA HACCP certification and GFSI certification preferred.
