Leads the development and maintenance of a social media center of excellence to equip business area social media publishers with best practices, compliance procedures, social media launch processes, metrics and reporting.
As social media subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners regarding marketing best practices, current trends, competitive reviews, technology needs and promotional campaign strategy.
Works with business units to ensure that campaign messaging is consistent across all channels and consistent with Corporate Marketing messaging and branding.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams to seek out and recommend new brand and marketing opportunities and initiatives.
