JOB SUMMARY

The Department Manager 4 is responsible for supervising and leading the medical billing team and efficient and compliant billing operations within the Department of Health, Human, and Veterans Services. The Department Manager 4 is responsible for maintaining revenue flow, ensuring accurate billing, optimizing revenue collection, and adhering to compliance standards while supporting program initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, expertise in medical billing practices, and a commitment to providing high-quality billing services in the context of public health services.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a closely related degree;

• At least 5 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
