Experience:

• 3+ years leadership experience driving business solutions utilizing Salesforce
• 3+ years managing solutions implementations in Salesforce
• Documented experience building/documenting requirements, solution design, UAT prep
• IT support operations and application performance management

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to lead strategic/consultative sessions with clients
• Able to solve diverse, complex and crucial business problems
• Able to lead a team
• Analysis, problem solving and decision making
• Self-directed, able to work in fast-paced ambiguous environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, to include presentation skills
