Description

The Executive Assistant 3 will provide high-level executive administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director of Public Services, by handling information requests, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and reports, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, independently initiates and implements processes; handles confidential and sensitive information with discretion. This position also assists with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and preparing material for events & meetings and processes reimbursements for employee work approved expenditures. The Executive Assistant 3 will assist with FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests, special projects, ordering of supplies, computer equipment & electronic devices, and other related duties as assigned.

The Executive Assistant 3 also manages and maintains executive's correspondence and ensures effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public; conducts research, prepares presentations and reports as needed, act as point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. May occasion supervise and provide guidance to lower-level administrative staff.
