Job Description
Purpose/Description
The Senior IT Analyst is responsible for conducting training classes by presenting job-specific, company- specific, and generic software applications and personal computer classes, designing computer training manuals and audio visual training components by identifying and describing information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy. The Senior IT Analyst will be expected to conduct computer training needs assessments by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks. This position will work closely with technical writers for document creation and business advocates and SMEs to gather requirements and procedures, working closely with team members.
