Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience with structural engineering and detailing REQUIRED
• Ability to work in teams or individually
• AutoCAD, Revit, or Advanced Steel experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving ability required
• must have ability to adapt to different types of projects

Position Duties:

Primary responsibilities:
engineer, size, and layout structural steel for platforms, mezzanines, support and header steel
- Develop kip load studies on new and existing facilities
- Detail structural steel for fabrication packages
- ability to work with PE to develop all required calculations for Stamping.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Support other engineering services in the company as needed
- Lead field teams for structural steel field checks.
