Job Description
3–5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
2+ years of experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)
2–3+ years of experience working with design systems and reusable components
2+ years of experience leading user workshops and facilitating design sessions
1+ year of experience with accessibility standards and ADA best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with quantitative, results-driven design techniques (e.g., A/B testing)
Experience with information architecture
Working knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS)
Familiarity with Java and/or .NET environments (desired but not required)
