Code and Develop customized Patterns, Probes and Sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.
Deliver technical workshops on ITOM: Event, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Cloud Management.
Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, ServiceNow data mapping.
