Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 6-10 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
CPA, CAMS, CRCM, ACFCS, CISA, CISSP, CIA, CISM, or related license/certification.
Expertise with assessment techniques and tools such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
Excellent core consulting skills in interviewing, writing and communicating orally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Project).
Assist Partners and Managing Directors on proposals and business development calls.
Coach and mentor junior staff members.
