Communicate with all managers to prepare weekly event and vistor/guest schedule; communicate applicable information to teammates so they may adhere to appropriate "Dress for Your Day" attire
Manage Affirmative Action Plan program; process all resumes and applications as required by the program; maintain all teammate requisitions for AAP and days to fill report; posts all open positions on appropriate outreach platform; partners with HR Manager to finalize data for end of year testing and reviews, plan results
Manage inventory for all break rooms, place orders as necessary, monitor costs with HR budget, make recommendations
Prepare monthly birthday recognitions, distribute to appropriate managers
Update safety posters in plant, warehouse, and breakroom at the beginning of each month; manage 3S monthly inspection program and reports results to the Safety Manager and impacted manager
Responsible for ID badge program; ensure appropriate access is provided to teammates by maintaining the database accurately and consistently. Audit for accuracy by utilization of reports; review results with HR Manager
Maintains and managers required Federal and State required posters for all locations; keeps bulletin boards updated; updates PowerPoint monthly with relevant information and events at the beginning of each month; updates during month as needed
Support Human Resources Coordinator II as administrator with HRM/payroll system, benefit portal; ability to support DOT mandated drug/alcohol and drug free workplace program and workplace accidents that may occur during their absence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or Associate degree to include recent graduates; or equivalent education and experience; five or more years of office experience
Attention to detail is crucial along with ethics, honesty and trustworthiness. Confidentiality is a must.
Excellent oral, written, and communication skills a necessity.
Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Exceptional internal and external customer service.
