Train and document all sanitation workers for the safe operation and disassembly of equipment.
Ensure compliance with all safety rules and standards including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Ensure food safety and quality control specifications are met Ensure compliance with all company GMPs Develop maintain and comply with Master Sanitation Schedule Systematically develop clear and well-defined cleaning procedures for all equipment and facility areas.
