Job Title: End User & Desktop Lead
Job Location: Bartlett, TN (Onsite/Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Lead and support the desktop support team
Manage daily desktop support operations
Handle user accounts, access control, Active Directory, GPOs, and IAM tasks
Manage Windows laptops and desktops (Windows 10/11 and Windows XP)
Oversee device deployment, patching, updates, and security
Use SCCM/MECM and Intune for endpoint management
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier-3 technical issues
Maintain and secure legacy Windows XP systems
Help plan migration from old systems to newer hardware/software
Requirement:
5+ years of desktop support or endpoint engineering experience
2+ years of team lead or management experience
Strong experience with:
Active Directory
GPOs and IAM
Windows 10/11 and Windows XP/7
SCCM/MECM
Intune
Endpoint deployment and patching
Preferred Skills
Security hardening
Device lifecycle management
Migration projects
Advanced troubleshooting skills
